The Hotel offers modern comfort and traditional hospitality and is a 3 star AA hotel with 36 rooms situated near to The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The hotel is ideal for groups and individuals. We also accepts pets. We are situated in the heart of the Fowey Valley in the beautiful town of Lostwithiel which has recently been classified as the most desirable place to live in the United Kingdom.

The Hotel is found on the A390 with many places of interest within Cornwall in easy reach. The hotel has been modernised and is up to date with free WiFi throughout and all rooms have 22″ flat screen televisions with freeview.

The Eden Project is a visitor attraction in the United Kingdom, including the world’s largest greenhouse. Inside the artificial biomes are plants that are collected from all around the world. The project is located in a reclaimed Kaolinite pit, located 6 miles from the hotel. The complex is dominated by two enclosures consisting of adjoining domes that house plant species from around the world.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan (just 12 miles away), near Mevagissey in the Duchy of Cornwall, are one of the most popular botanical gardens in the UK. The style of the gardens is typical of the nineteenth century Gardenesque style, with areas of different character and in different design styles.

Lanhydrock (3 miles away) is a large country mansion near Bodmin in Cornwall, England, in the United Kingdom. It is situated in extensive grounds (360 hectares or 890 acres) above the River Fowey and is today managed by the National Trust, in whose ownership it has been since 1953. It is a Grade I listed building.

In addition to this, the hotel boasts a prime location in the peaceful town of Lostwithiel famous for antiques and the Duchy Palace (the oldest building in Cornwall), something much appreciated by the many guests who return year after year.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from April to October and provides a refreshing start to the day.
